Here at Elite Car Wash we have been working very hard on renovations and improvements. We would like to tell everyone how much we appreciate your patience and loyalty. As with any change, there are always bumps and details to be ironed out and we would like to explain the reasons why we have made these modifications.

The biggest change in our system is that all customers will now drive their own vehicles through the wash tunnel. We know this is a “big” change but there are two big gains we achieve from this.

1. We were able to lower the price of our “Exterior Only” wash package
2. We can now offer Free Self-Serve Vacuuming with all Exterior washes

Now, you will have to agree that these are two pretty good achievements when you can lower the price of something and add a free service on top of it. In addition, we now have a PURCLEAN® Spot Free Rinse System that is included on all packages. (It’s like Jet-Dry® for your dishwasher) and we’re the only ones who have it. Now there’s no need to wait; just Wash & Drive and you will be on your way in minutes, looking good as new.

These changes enabled us to vacuum 12 vehicles at once instead of just 4 with the previous system. This new format will alleviate the wait time when we get a rush and will allow the express customers to get in & out while we take more time with our full service patrons. We needed to make these changes to allow for growth while maintaining the best quality.

Our new Flex-Serve format allows us to offer these express/self-serve options while maintaining all of our existing full service choices. This new traffic pattern allows for a faster experience and less congestion on the site.
