Why use Elite Car Wash?

Do your services include hand washing and drying?
Yes, We do offer this service and an appointment is preferred but we will do our best to accomodate you.  Prices start at $45.

What is the annual recharge / unlimited program and why do you have them?
Depending on the package, the auto recharge programs give you the ability to wash & vacuum your car unlimited monthly.  It solves the problem of rain checks, and also because customers are asking for ways to take care of their vehicle as much as they want. The more they come the more they save.

With an annual recharge / unlimited program when do I break even on what you draft monthly?
On your 4th wash you are ahead of the game.

 What else is included in the unlimited programs?  Is there any additional benefit besides unlimited washing?
Depending on the Unlimited package you may also get 10-20% off all detail packages.

Why don't you sell a Tire Shine with the exterior express service and have a machine that applies it automatically like other car washes?
At Elite Car Wash, we apply tire shine by hand unlike other car washes that have machines that apply this product to your tires.  Why?  Because appling the tire shine by hand allows for just the right amount so it doesn't spray back on your car when you drive away nor does it get on your rims.  Why ruin your perfectly good wash with product spray minutes after it's washed?

What is your rain policy?
The auto recharge program eliminates the worry.  Sign up for one of our packages that's tailored to what you want, and bring your car to us whenever you want.  Literally, wash it drive down the street one mile, hit a bug and drive back to us for a wash.  No problem.

Why all the Security Cameras?
For both our protection, mainly ours.

What is your damage policy?
We take full responsibility if it's our fault.  However, we need to have a talk about Pre Existing Conditions.  In the carwash world this simply means, if something is already broken or breaking and we wash it off, we are not liable. While our carwash is state of the art and has very little friction, some is needed to wash a car properly.  Unless we wash your car by hand there will be some friction to your vehicle. If your car is older, needs a paint job and the clearcoat is wearing off, our carwash will speed up the process. If you have love bug damage on your front bumper or grill, our wash will get the bugs off but likely take a few paint chips with it.  Please be realistic and not expect us to fix your existing problem because we washed your car.

Why should I inspect my vehicle before I come in?
Please inspect your vehicle before coming to visit us.  We have customers that have road debris damage on their car and they let it get real dirty. They don't notice or see the damage till we make the car nice and shiney.  Once the car is clean, the customer sometimes thinks the carwash caused the damage.  Keep it simple.  We will look at it and if there's a chance we did it, we'll fix it.  It's that simple, things happen and that's also why there are so many security cameras.  However, please remember that we wash thousands of cars each month and after being in business coming up on 3 years have seen it all.

Should I inspect my vehicle before I leave?
Don't leave the site until you inspect your vehicle and are 100% happy.  We have no way to verify any concerns once the vehicle leaves our property.

Are you and the Mobile One Quick Lube next door the same business?
No we are separate businesses but work closely together to give a good - one, two punch.
